Nominations due August 15, 2019.

Please submit reports using the following guidelines:
1.      All projects must have taken place between June 30, 2017 and June 30, 2018.
2.      Projects should be submitted online.
3.      Include Cover Sheet filled out completely with each application.
4.      Only three projects per category (Education, Fundraising and Leadership/Service,
Communications & Technology) will be accepted.
5.      Keep a copy of all the forms you submit.
7.      Make sure all forms are clear and concise.

COMMUNICATIONS & TECHNOLOGY projects are judged based on if the
application was turned in on time; if all the requested items were turned in
(timeline, budget, handout); the content of the completed form, the goals
and activity, how they were achieved, and the overall success of the project. 
Non-PowerPoint projects may be resubmitted for competition next year.

EDUCATION projects are judged based on if the application was turned in on
time; if all requested items were turned in (timeline, budget, handout); the
content of the completed form, the goals and activity, how they were
