RECOGNIZED PROJECTS
Each TASO member organization is encouraged to submit project nominations to the Recognized Projects Committee. The Recognized Projects Committee will review these Projects and select three winners from each category to present PowerPoint presentations at the 2012 TASO annual conference in Lubbock. These presentations will be judged and a winner selected.Education, Fundraising, Service Education/Audience Development is defined as a project whose primary function is to further the audience's knowledge and understanding of orchestral music. Fundraising is defined as a project whose primary function is to raise money. Service/Membership Development is defined as a project performed for orchestras or member organizations without paying any fees to hire someone to do the project or to use paid staff to do that job. Necessary forms and instructions may be found on the TASO website after April 1,2012. |
