Instructions for TASO Conference Notebook Reports

The Wichita Falls Symphony League cordially invites you to "Celebrating Our Musical Heritage", the 2010  conference for the Texas Association for Symphony Orchestras (TASO) in Wichita Falls April 22-25.

The conference delegates’ notebooks include reports that reflect each organization’s profile and the exciting projects undertaken during the 2009-2010 fiscal year.

Posted on the web site are the forms that each league or guild must complete and return. Download the electronic version of these reports by clicking on the links below.

These reports are due no later than March 1, 2010.

Please note that the separate Year End Report prepared by the presidents has been eliminated and has been combined with the Projects Report.

To download the forms:

Select the link (underlined text) for the form you need to fill out by clicking on it with your mouse.  Most current web browsers will either automatically open the file in the appropriate word processor or provide a “Save As” prompt.  You may then save the file on your hard drive or a disk.  Once the file has been saved, you will need to open the saved file.  After entering your information, save it again and e-mail to judy_pipes@hotmail.com. 

When you save the file, please include the name of your organization and the name of the document (example: Wichita Falls Symphony League, Statistical Form).
